Karl is a Construction Manager for James McNaughton Builders and has been a member of our team since 2000. Karl also serves as the McNaughton Office Center’s Head Superintendent and Building Manager for 5+ office tenants. Karl began working in the construction arena as a painting contractor for 5 years. He also holds an associate’s degree in architecture. Karl has built and managed more than 150 homes since his inception at JMBI.
