In the mid-70's, James and his wife, Karen, founded James McNaughton Builders™ with a dedication to setting the standards for outstanding luxury homes. From the beginning, the company strived for uncompromised quality, unequaled architectural designs, and conscientious attention to details of the building process in every home they built. Along with a full time staff Steven R. Gregory, Chief Operating Officer, provides additional guidance and management of the company's development and construction activities. Mr. Gregory joined the firm in 1984 and has 25 years of direct experience and involvement in the residential construction and development industry. James McNaughton's luxury developments and homes feature a superior degree of finish, experienced craftsmanship, extensive woodwork, and the best of today's materials and technology. Each home combines the vision of James McNaughton Builders™ with that of their clients by articulating their dreams and bringing them to reality.
